These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RasidPro (the "Service"), operated by Breve Hospitality Services LLP ("we", "us", "our"), developed and maintained by WebDeb Solutions. By creating an account or using RasidPro, you agree to these Terms.
RasidPro is a white-label billing tool that lets a business create, share and track receipts and GST Tax Invoices, manage customers and a product/service library, record payments, and invite team members with role-based access.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Every business on RasidPro — new or existing — must submit a government photo ID for verification. You cannot create receipts or invoices until our team has reviewed and approved this submission. We may ask for a video call to confirm your identity before approving.
RasidPro offers Free, Growth, Pro and Business plans as described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed automatically once a year, renewing automatically each year through our payment partner, PayU, until cancelled. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details on cancelling and refunds. We may change plan pricing or limits with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or resell the Service without authorization; attempt to bypass identity verification; upload malicious content; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, at our discretion.
You retain ownership of the business, customer and receipt data you enter into RasidPro. We process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep RasidPro available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, and features may change over time as the product evolves.
RasidPro is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breve Hospitality Services LLP and WebDeb Solutions are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including errors in receipts/invoices you generate — you remain responsible for verifying their accuracy before sharing them with your customers.
You may stop using RasidPro at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or failed identity verification.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RasidPro after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.
