Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RasidPro, operated by Breve Hospitality Services LLP and developed by WebDeb Solutions, collects, uses and protects your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
• Business information: business name, logo, address, GSTIN, contact details, and branding preferences you set in Settings.
• Identity verification documents: a government photo ID (front and back) submitted at signup, used solely to verify your business before you can create receipts or invoices.
• Video verification: if you choose a live video call to verify your identity, our staff speak with you over a video-meeting service (Jitsi Meet). Calls are not recorded; we store only the date/time of the call, the checks completed and the staff remarks and result.
• Business data you create: customers, products/services, receipts, invoices, and payment records you enter while using RasidPro.
• Payment information: when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by PayU. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers — only the subscription/payment reference IDs PayU returns to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Service (creating receipts, managing customers, generating invoices, etc.)
• To verify your business identity before enabling billing features
• To process subscription payments and send related confirmations
• To send OTPs for signup verification and password resets via email
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the Service

3. Identity Verification Documents

Photo ID documents you submit are reviewed only by our verification team, used exclusively to confirm your business's identity, and are not shared with any third party except where required by law. We recommend not submitting your PAN card for this step — Aadhaar or another government photo ID is used instead.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• PayU — to process subscription payments (name, email, phone, and payment amount).
• Jitsi Meet (meet.jit.si) — to host the live video call if you choose video verification (your display name and live audio/video during the call).
• Our email/SMTP provider — to deliver OTP and account-related emails.
• OpenAI — only if you use the optional Scan Purchase Bill feature (Pro/Business). The bill photo or PDF you choose is sent securely to OpenAI's API to read the items on it, and the result is returned to you to review. We do not keep the photo or PDF on our servers; we keep only a count of scans for your plan limit. OpenAI processes it under its API terms (API data is not used to train its models by default). Please do not scan documents containing personal data you are not allowed to share.
• Law enforcement or regulators, only when legally required.

Note: receipts and invoices you generate are shared publicly via a link (e.g. on WhatsApp) whenever you choose to share them — anyone with that link can view that specific document, by design, so your customer can access it without logging in.

5. Data Security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Access to identity documents and business data is restricted to authorized personnel. We use HTTPS for all traffic to RasidPro. No system is 100% secure, and we continue to improve our safeguards over time.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account yourself at any time from Delete Account inside the app or website (how deletion works). Deleting a business account permanently removes its team logins, customers, receipts, invoices, uploaded files and the ID photos and video-verification records submitted for verification. We may keep only a minimal deletion log and records that we or our payment processor (PayU) are legally required to retain for tax or accounting purposes.

7. Your Rights

You can review and update most of your business information directly from Settings. To delete your account and data, use Delete Account (see how it works). To request access to or correction of your personal data, or deletion by email, write to support@webdebsolutions.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time, subject to our legal and legitimate business retention needs (e.g. financial records).

8. Cookies

RasidPro uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. On our public website pages (the home page, feature pages, free tools and legal pages) we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. We do not use Google Analytics inside your logged-in RasidPro account or the Android app, and we do not use advertising cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with a browser extension.

9. Children's Privacy

RasidPro is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
